Guizhou Xishui Shui On Cement Co. Ltd ("Xishui Shui On") is a joint venture of the Hong Kong-based Shui On Construction and Materials Ltd and Xishui Building Material Industry Corporation. With an existing annual production capacity of 160,000 tonnes, the company is investing RMB150 million to build a new dry-process rotary kiln. The company will also build a 200,000-tonne-per-year cement grinding station in Hejiang County, Sichuan Province, with an investment of RMB25 million. With the completion of these expansion projects, the company's production capacity will be close to 600,000 tonnes per year, making it one of the largest cement suppliers in northern Guizhou.

Its main products, "Chaoyang" 32.5 and 42.5 Ordinary Portland cement, are suitable for both above ground and underground projects which are prone to water corrosion as well as projects under frost or low temperature conditions. The products are popular both in northern Guizhou and Southern Sichuan.

Following the national GB175-1999 standard (borosilicate sodium cement and ordinary borosilicate sodium), the company carries out strict quality control in procurement of raw materials, production, packing and inspection. Its advanced production facilities and test instruments, such as the computerized dosage system, intermittent air distributor used in the packing process, Ca/Fe analyzer and fluorescence analyzer, ensure stable quality of its products.

The company's products have been tested and approved by the Quality Inspection Station of Guizhou Province, National Inspection of the Cement Industry and Curtailed Inspection of Cement Quality. It has won honours such as "Advanced Enterprise in Quality Management" and "Reliable Consumer Product".
